To activate a user's account in the AHOBPR Clinical Portal, perform the following steps:
Note: -_Only Registry Managers can restore a user's access to the AHOBPR Clinical Portal.
Click the Administration tab in the banner at the top of the page.
The Administration > Users page displays.
Click the Search button.
The Administration > Users page displays a list of all Inactive users.
Click the Activate link that corresponds for whom you want to activate their account.
The Administration > Users page refreshes to display that the user has been removed from the Inactive user list.
To verify that the user account has been activated, use the Search By Type box to select Active, and then click the Search button.
The user should appear in the list of Active users.
